The things that I’m going to say are incredible, contradictory, and irrational. Well, I’ve accurately verified each single aspect, and I can confirm that sometimes craziness is factually true. The purpose of the page is an attempt of demonstration of the weakness of human brain, and of the inutility of going deeper and deeper into ideological dogmas. More, when you forget your natural limitations, you abandon the most precious of human qualities, that’s humility. In effect, a path of well-lived life strictly depends on humility, as the unique possible source of respect and tolerance, while a path of arrogance always leads to hate, violence, and death. Giving that the name of the country, about which the page is referred, seems to me irrelevant, and not interesting to the major part of my readers, I utilize the fictional name of “New Land of Oz”, and another series of conventional identifications.
A description of the situation of public morality. By one side, criminal trials and criminal condemnations have never been enough to interrupt any political career. To the other side, the ostracism of certain politicians is normally obtained with mass-media campaigns, based on criminal accusations and criminal investigations, independently from evidences, and from results of criminal persecutions. Two emblematic cases of political ostracism. The first. Mr. X was the president of one of the two houses of the parliament. One day, Mr. X decided to do something for stopping drugs dealing inside the parliament, that’s still notably common and frequent. Well, he asked to the members of the parliament of being subject to a hair exam for the research of traces of drugs abuse, not as a duty, but as an opportunity of proving their extraneousness from recreational drugs. What’s happened? Mr. X has been forced to abandon political activity. The second. Mr. Y was the minister of economy. One day, Mr. Y decided to do something for stopping the many public managements out of the budget of public administrations, belonging to unobserved economy, whose main purpose is illegal financing of political parties. Well, he proposed the approval of a legislative act, moderate and gradual. What’s happened? Mr. Y has been forced to abandon political activity.
Private banks are under the surveillance of the National Bank of the New Land of Oz, a public body with more than 7000 employees. There are many other ways for public powers to condition the activity of private banks, and the topic deserves a future page. Nevertheless, there even are 8 other public bodies, entirely controlled by the government, that directly exert special banking activity, and in two cases the businesses, completely in public hands, are huge. A short description of those special banks. I call the first “Bank of Deposits and Loans”. The structure has been filled with relatives of politicians, and one of its missions is recognizing high salaries to a list of blessed persons, who don’t do any work, and don’t possess any ability, capacity, professionalism, or appreciable level of formation. The second mission is operating exclusively in favor of structures of the public administrations. Briefly, false operations are documented, in order to improve the budgets of municipal administration, or to reduce the national public debt (for instance: imaginary sales of public buildings, that are an incredible number, repeated year by year). Of course, the Bank of Deposits and Loans is not under the surveillance of the National Bank, and not subject to other forms of control. The second special bank is named by me “National Agency for the Economic Development of the Southern Regions”. The structure serves to employ big amounts of public money transfers, in order to obtain a capillary acquisition of stable, electoral consensus. Be warned, nothing of economically valid, only a river of wasted resources, entirely destined to clientelism, and nepotism. Of course, the National Agency for the Economic Development of the Southern Regions is not under the surveillance of the National Bank, and not subject to other forms of control.
As you can read, in certain countries there’s a dubbed economy, mostly unobserved, and totally in the hands of public powers. In my opinion, it’s something close to schizophrenia, consisting of an imaginary world created for professional politicians, where they can’t fail, and their wills are similar to divine laws. Problems? Dubbed economy is virtual as for results (more clearly, “faked”), and can’t exert any influence over true economy, except for a notable subtraction of resources from productive utilizations. On the contrary, in the field of disco/house music, dubbed sounds can be amazing, as for the mix of the page.
