Criminalization of sex scandals is a political choice

Sean “Diddy” Combs is a worldwide-known rapper, who since September 2024 has become a main target of global mass media, because of his problems with civil and criminal justice. Possibly, the attention will gradually decrease, starting from October 2025. Given that anyone can easily found on the web hundreds of detailed press articles, I omit any description of the cited problems, except for the following list of accusations: sexual misconduct, criminal enterprise, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, transportation to engage prostitution, forced labor, kidnapping, sexual assault, bribery, witness tampering, obstruction, drugs trafficking, and so on. I briefly explain a thought that has come into my mind after having read many articles about Diddy: he himself, and his lawyers have found the way to minimize the non-desirable consequences of the trials. How? By ceasing to sustain Mr. Donald Trump and openly sustaining the Democrat candidate. Has it been effective? Oh yes, so that I suspect that one day Mr. Combs might be sanctified, for instance, after having contributed to some infamous accusations against Mr. Trump. As you can see, the US judicial system has started to show some of the same distortions of the Italian one.

The Italian judicial system has been a pioneer in Occidental Countries, of a clear trend towards the prevalence of the principles of socialist justice, with the known and well-studied features. I don’t want to rewrite treaties that have been already written. Shortly, socialist justice is conceived as a tool for the affirmation of socialist goals, as established by the bureaucrats of the political party, and judicial subjects are not the true addressers of the decisions. Everywhere on planet Earth, bureaucrats have unlimited appetites, and aspire to a continual increase of their attributions, powers, privileges, and economic treatments. Political correctness, solidly rooted inside Marxian doctrines, is the ideal mood for bureaucrats’ wishes and desires. In effect, the affirmation of career bureaucrats is easier where minor are the constitutional guarantees of direct democracy. The Italian constitution gives to bureaucrats absolute powers, and every kind of direct democracy is literally excluded: no direct election of the chief of the government, or of the president of the republic; no binding mandate for whoever elected, starting from parliamentarians; no referendum on taxes and public expenses; no lobbyism, and financing of political parties with money coming from taxes; no possibility for common citizens of promoting legislative acts; and so on. What is one of the inevitable results of that? Judges are exclusively working for themselves, and constantly blackmailing politicians. The constitution of the USA is far more advanced than the Italian one and contains notable guarantees of direct democracy, that’s the unique true democracy. Nevertheless, as decades go by, bureaucrats have secretly created a sort of “deep State”, that can disturb even the president.

In conclusion, the criminalization of sex scandals is on the rise, and is a fruit of the political choice of giving to bureaucrats the possibility of affirming themselves, by blackmailing politicians and VIPs. Naturally, the mash-up of the page is titled "the vibe is Diddy".
